Refund & Cancellation Policy

At BlkMama Co., we understand that unexpected circumstances arise. Our policies are designed to honor both our community members and the planning required to provide high-quality experiences.
Women’s Circles
Your registration reserves a limited space within an intentionally small group.
- Payment must be received before your participation is confirmed.
- You may cancel your registration for a full refund up to 14 days before the first session.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the program start are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Once the Women’s Circle has begun, no refunds will be issued.
- If you are unable to attend a session, recordings or make-up sessions are not guaranteed unless otherwise stated.
Coaching Consultations
- Complimentary consultations may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
- Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be rescheduled.
Retreats
Retreat planning begins long before guests arrive, and many expenses are committed in advance.
Deposits
If a retreat requires a deposit, deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations
- 60 or more days before the retreat: Full refund, less any non-refundable deposit.
- 30–59 days before the retreat: 50% refund of amounts paid (excluding any non-refundable deposit).
- Less than 30 days before the retreat: No refunds.
If we are able to fill your space from our waitlist, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a partial refund or transfer your payment toward a future retreat.
Retreat Cancellations by BlkMama Co.
If BlkMama Co. must cancel a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive either:
- A full refund, or
- The option to transfer their registration to a future retreat.
BlkMama Co. is not responsible for airfare, lodging booked outside the retreat, transportation, travel insurance, or other personal travel expenses.
Physical Products
We want you to love your purchase.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Due to the nature of herbal wellness products, opened consumable products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at support@blkmamaco.com within 7 days of delivery.
When possible, include photographs so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Digital Products
Because digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase, all digital sales are final unless required otherwise by law.
Event Changes
BlkMama Co. reserves the right to modify event schedules, facilitators, locations, or programming when necessary to provide the best possible experience.
These changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.
Exceptional Circumstances
We recognize that emergencies happen. Requests due to serious illness, family emergencies, or other extraordinary circumstances will be reviewed individually. While exceptions cannot be guaranteed, we will always approach these situations with care and compassion.
