Step into your
Womens Circles

While one-on-one coaching can create meaningful change, I’ve found that healing often goes deeper in community. BlkMama Co. Women’s Circles combine the guidance of life coaching with the power of shared experiences, creating a space where Black women can be seen, supported, challenged, and encouraged as they grow together. You already know what you want.
Let’s get you there.

— THE METHODOLOGY
Five moves,
one homecoming.

P.O.W.E.R sessions aren’t a formula. They’re a rhythm — a way of moving through your own life on purpose. Each letter is a practice we return to, deepen, and refine together across every session.

You might be here because
one of these is true.

You’ve spent years caring for everyone else and can’t quite remember what you actually want anymore.

02

You feel disconnected from the woman looking back at you in the mirror. She wasn’t the plan.

03

You’re persistently exhausted, and no amount of rest touches it, because the tired lives deeper than sleep.

04

You’re standing in a major transition; career, motherhood, marriage, identity, and the old maps don’t work.

05

You know something has to change. You just don’t know what, or where to begin, or how to survive the ask.

06

You’ve achieved the version of “success” everyone applauds and you’re quietly not fulfilled by any of it.

What is coaching?

Coaching is a collaborative process that helps you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and intention. Rather than focusing on your past, coaching helps you identify where you are today, where you want to go, and supports you in taking meaningful steps toward the life you want to create.

Is this therapy?

No. Women’s Circles are not therapy and do not replace mental health treatment. Therapy often focuses on diagnosing and healing psychological concerns, while coaching focuses on personal growth, self-discovery, accountability, and helping you move forward. If you’re working with a therapist, coaching can be a meaningful complement to that work.

What if I’ve never shared in a group before?

You are never expected to share more than you’re comfortable with. Some women come ready to speak, while others begin by simply listening. Both are welcome. Over time, many women discover that being surrounded by other Black women who understand their experiences creates a sense of safety, belonging, and courage they didn’t know they needed.

Why join a Women’s Circle instead of trying to do this on my own?

Because healing, growth, and rediscovering your power don’t have to happen in isolation. Women’s Circles offer something books, podcasts, and social media cannot; a dedicated space to be seen, heard, challenged, and supported by other Black women walking through similar seasons of life. Sometimes the breakthrough you’re looking for begins with realizing you’re not carrying it alone.
